Our History
In 2012, Pastors David and Karla Ochoa were sent to the city of Hawthorne, California, with the purpose of assuming leadership of an MHIP daughter church that was in need of a pastor. At that time, the congregation consisted of 11 adult members committed to the Lord's work.

After a year of pastoral work in that city, and under God's guidance, the church was moved to the city of Inglewood, California. There it remained active for a period of ten years, developing its ministry and consolidating its presence in the community.

In 2022, the congregation took a new direction by establishing itself as an independent church, adopting the name El Tabernáculo. Subsequently, in September 2023, the church was moved to its current location in the city of Bellflower, California.

To this day, El Tabernáculo continues to serve faithfully, remaining active by God's grace and with the firm purpose of glorifying His Name in everything it does.
